We accept most insurance plans; however, prior to an appointment, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We will be happy to file your insurance claim for you. Please speak with our Office Manager for specific details.

Our office is committed to providing you with the best possible care. It is customary that payment is due on the day services are rendered. You will be given an estimate of your costs. Please ask if you have any questions concerning the costs involved in your care.
Lifetime Insurance (In-office Insurance)
If you need dental insurance, a membership with Lifetime Insurance* can get you:
- 2 Exams a year
- 2 Check up X-rays
- 2 Cleanings
- 1 Full Mouth X-rays (every 5 yrs)
- 20%** off dental work that needs to be done for you and your whole family.
*This reduced fee plan does not apply to any treatments performed by
specialists or any elected care.
**If payment is made with a credit card, the discount reduces to 15%.
There is a one-time activation fee of $100
- $20 a month for one person
- $30 a month for two people
- $40 a month for the whole family
All you have to do is fill out a simple enrollment form indicating what bank account to use and the plan that you need, depending on the size of your family. Once the DOCPAY plan is set up, each month that amount will be deducted from your account. There are no credit checks and any person who has a checking account qualifies! There is a 1 year minimum.
