My amazing dental assistant of eight years – Diana – has talked about moving back to her family’s native country of Ecuador for as long as I can remember. That day is sadly upon us as Diana, her husband Carlos, and their beautiful children Valentina and David will be moving back to their country in pursuit of a more relaxed life.
